Masahiro Shiozaki wins the DPRI annual meeting award

Second-year master student Masahiro Shiozaki won the DPRI annual meeting award at that meeting held durint 21 and 22 February 2017.

The title of his presentation is

Tropical Sea Surface Temperature Anomaly and the Winter Climate of Japan during ENSO
